At CAIRO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
